Warranty

  • Psionic Soundworks will warranty products one year from date-of-purchase against manufacturing or materials defects
  • Beyond one year, repair service is available on a time-and-materials basis.  Please inquire for quote
  • Shipping costs to-and-from Psionic Soundworks for any warranty repairs or service are the responsibility of the buyer


Returns

If you are not satisfied with a Psionic Soundworks product, returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Psionic Soundworks must be contacted and notified of desire to return, and/or the Return form must be submitted within seven days of delivery
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and initial shipping cost to buyer will not be reimbursed
  • If shipping from outside the USA, buyer must declare item as "Return of American Manufactured Goods for Repair".  This prevents import taxation; however, please be aware that any customs duties or "brokerage fees" (in the case of UPS, FedEx, DHL) levied for the returned parcel will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Psionic Soundworks is, under no circumstances, responsible for reimbursement of any custom duties levied during the initial purchase/shipment
  • Item must be received in the same condition as sent.  Please note:  in the event that there is any damage (e.g. dent, ding, scratch or any other visible damage that would impede resale of the unit), time spent for repair will be deducted from the refund at a rate of $60/hr (my opportunity cost of production time lost).  By making a purchase, you hereby agree to this term
  • In any cases where shipping was included in the original purchase price, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount
  • Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage of product incurred during the return shipment (including filing of any insurance claim if returned parcel is not received by Psionic Soundworks).  No reimbursement will be made for product damaged or lost in shipping, as buyer is responsible for filing an insurance claim with the shipper.  Buyer is responsible for any cost associated with Psionic Soundworks returning a damaged product to shipper or buyer in the event a claim is filed
  • Psionic Soundworks is not responsible for any payment processing or bank fees that the buyer may incur during the refund process
